Customer Service Representative Opening Job Position

 

Do My Resume.NET is seeking a talented and client focused Customer Service Representative located in the Portland OR area.  This position will be remote (work from home) with eventual travel to our commercial office located in Portland OR.  This role will execute as a Customer Service Representative position and then transition into a Director of Operations position within 6 months.

Director of Operations:  Long Term (6+ months) Job Requirements:  Salary increase. 

(all training will be provided to do the following)

 

  • 90% remote (from home).
  • 10% travel to corporate/commercial office in Portland OR.
  • Oversee, manage, and develop website pages including, but not limited to: written content, graphics, and other engaging marketing materials for website.
  • Launch engaging non-organic/paid marketing campaigns across divers platforms such as: Google AdWords, Google AdSense, Yelp, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, etc.
  • Hire and train all new resume writers/employees while ensuring local city, state, and federal employment laws and practices are being followed.
  • Accomplish marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising cost versus opportunities.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Customer Service Representative Job Roles and Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Assign and track work orders to ensure resume writing projects are delegated to the proper resume writer/employee.

  • Receive and process payments via phone and online.

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

  • Guides and directs customers online and helps assist with common questions.

  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
